This unit, on intensity setting 1 lowest is pretty intense when you first start using it. Dont let that scare you away from getting one. You nerves adapt fairly quickly. Once a day for a minimum of 15 minutes, preferably in the evenings. The only thing I dont really care for is the remote doesnt have very good range. The only way it works is to point it right at the control module and it cant be much further away from the module than 2 ft. / 60cm.
