1pc Premium Natural Wooden Carpenter Bee Trap - Outdoor Hanging, Box Style Insect Trap |
| I ordered two of the carpenter bee traps. They arrived undamaged, although delivery was slow. I finally hung these both under my second story deck about 14 days ago. Unfortunately, we had a thunderstorm 4 days ago and one of the traps did not survive. I am attaching photos — the wooden cap split and the plastic jar fell off. I am requesting a complimentary replacement, please for this defective item. I tried to upload 3 photos several times, and in spite of changing the settings, was unsuccessful. I can submit them separately if customer service wishes to contact me. | |
