The faucet was high quality but the best part was the over and above service we received. We had a unique wall mounted sink and needed special parts to install it. We reached out to seller and received an immediate response each time as they worked us through the installation. I cannot speak to how easy it was to install because I had a plumber do it. And, it took him a while. Maybe an hour to complete installation. However, I absolutely love the fixture.
