We weren’t sure how the quality would be because of the low price but we were impressed as soon as we opened the box. This faucet is beautifully made and looks and works perfectly. I love this faucet it was easy to install and looks great and most importantly is formed to function which it does flawlessly. We have low water pressure here but this faucet sends it out the sprayer turbo charged. When I experienced an issue customer service took care of it immediately!!! We have had the faucet for about 4 months and we love it! I was a bit hesitant about purchasing such an affordable kitchen faucet because I knew that it was not going to be just an ornamental piece it was going to have to be used what it was designed for. the only issue my husband and I had was removing our old rusty that had been there since the house was built 15 years ago. The install was straight forward and when we were done we had a great working faucet. This is a heavy faucet and if feels like really good quality, I suggest you get it and see for yourself! Purchased this for a mud room sink. It was inexpensive compared to the major name brands. It is the best faucet I have purchased, even compared to the expensive name brand pull down in my kitchen.
