| This is a really great quality product. It is solid with brass or copper, I dont know fittings. It is not cheap Chinese plastic with a silver coating - this is the real deal. The rain shower head is great and the hand tool is great as well. Very satisfied. If it continues to do well, I will put one each of my other two bathrooms. | |

| Item exactly as pictured and described - solid, heavy brass components, looks to be great quality for the price. Well packaged and appears complete in the box. Have not installed it yet. Only concern was the instruction booklet in the box is tiny and had very basic installation diagrams for a number of different taps and other plumbing products in it, but did not contain a page that was specific to this particular shower system. | |
