Customer service got in touch with me immediately after my previous review and resolved the issue in a flash. Then when the products actually did arrive they did not disappoint. At a reasonable price Ive received a toilet paper holder and towel rack that appear solid and have an elegant design. Absolutely no problems mounting them either.
