We havent installed it yet. But it looks like its well made. We did notice that the switch to turn off and on is right where the water comes out. I dont think this will be a problem. love it. looks as pictured.
The thing to know is that unless its on full the water doesnt really waterfall out and so if your sink is low it could be pretty splashy. Also I do spend a fair amount of time cleaning it because the water spots on the black finish is annoying.
Overall - I like it, but it actually looks best when you dont use it. lol love it. looks as pictured.
