A bit confusing to put on the flyer in the package is also the directions, which are helpful if you remember to look at them, but once on, very easy to tuck in. I did air out the cover for about 40 minutes outside because there was a faint vinegar smell, but it dissipated quickly. This is a great product. I have a small, 1950s two piece L shaped sectional, that I love..but have always had to keep covered up with blankets because the indestructible herculon fabric has always been so itchy! These covers are so stretchy, they easily fit, with a little tugging and tucking here and there only one of my couch pieces has an "arm", on one end, so I wasnt sure if they would work out. I ordered the small and the double. The fabric is so soft and very stretchy, but also nice and strong. There is good elastic all the way around the bottom edge so it stays tucked under the couches quite nicely. This is a great product.
