I charged both shavers which already had a little bit of power when I received them. I also tried the 4 different combs and they all fit. It comes with a USB power cord and a tiny hair brush to clean the little trimmed hair out of the blades. Smaller than I had pictured it in my mind but will work for detailing and trimming.
