Very please with this light, it came well pakaged and the quality is great.I wrapped the ropes over a little more so the bulbs didn’t hang as low as in the photo and it was very easily done.It comes with plenty of chain so you can hang it to the height that suits youIt also comes with a black circular ceiling rose to enclose the electrical connections and it has plenty of room in to do this.From an electricians point of view I definitely approve.I would definitely buy it again. Love it. Really good price. Went up in the kitchen. Did need to cut alot of chain off it as low but that\s OK,as we needed high. Rope light can also hang lower but again needed it high so we don\t bang our heads. Was fiddly to put up and did have to drill our own screw holes in it to fit on ceiling. An unusual but nice looking light, a little installation advice.The wiring is thin, but they\re low wattage bulbs so should be fine, you will need to drill holes to fit the plate to the case. I counted the chain links to ensure it would be level, but the position of the ropes, also balance the bamboo. Its difficult to hold the whole thing and wire it up, especially up a ladder, get help if possible.
