I was super hesitant about the quality, as I have never ordered from here before, but we were pleasantly surprised! The unit is good quality, the sprayer is actually quite heavy in a good way showing that its not cheaply made.

We did have to buy the separate attachment to split the water from going to the toilet and to the bidet, but that was easy to find on amazon.
