I really like this device. Its sturdy well made. I charged it up again tried it. Im sure Ill have to use it for a few weeks to see firmer skin but it does feel nice to have a facial at home. Bin sehr positiv überrascht- hab es 2 mal verwendet und funktioniert perfekt! Leider fehlt der Ring um ein Pad zu befestigen - vllt beim Zoll verloren gegangen? I have begun to notice an improvement in my skin texture. Its smoothing out. Make sure you apply some sort of serum right before you use it and slowly work your way up from your neck to your hair line. I love how it is usb chargeable and not battery operated. I comes with a booklet and a USB cord. And I just use an old cellphone power supply to plug USB .
