The connector is activated by pressing and sliding it down and pushing the pin in and releasing to lock. My hands shake and even I could do it. No tools required. A switch this easy makes different color bands quite practical. Good choice of colors if you like silicone straps. Personally I like them for feel and holding up against sweat.
One caution; there are no pins included. You have to use two existing ones from your watch.
