Todavía no puedo decir si es eficaz o no, supongo que con un poco de más tiempo lo veremos. De momento lo utilizo con mucho cuidado porque tiene diferentes programas de vibración y algunos son muy fuertes para mi. Lo he usado unas cuantas veces.
