This cushion really helped my lower back pain as well as even my shoulder pain. It a cushion I can take with me and stap onto a bag and carry or swap cars. Seems well constructed. Fits seat nicely. Initial thought is that the padding may be a tad stiff. But like a new pair of shoes, will give it a chance to get broken in and see how it progresses.
