Absolutely delighted with this product! My first order arrived badly damaged clearly by the transportation personnel and I felt the packaging could have been more robust. However I contacted the vendors, received a reply in hours and was sent a replacement which arrived in short time in good condition and is exactly as pictured online. I am terminally ill and plan to fill with treats for my granddaughter but also write inside each drawer a message of love to remind her of me in the future. Thank you LITB.
